Shipping & Returns



In light of Covid-19 and the movement control, we’re glad to inform you that deliveries will be ongoing. However, please expect additional delays in the delivery of your order. The standard delivery timeframe is stated as below:
-Standard international shipping: 14-21 business working days

Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid). 
Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations.
If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.

If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.

With movement restrictions in many countries due to the coronavirus pandemic, we understand it is harder than usual to send your item back to us in this timeframe. So as long as you contact us about your return/exchange within 14days of delivery, we will try to make arrangements for you.

Please be noted that it is your own responsibility and cost to return the item(s) to our warehouse. Hence, kindly keep the proof of postage safe until the return is confirmed. *Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important notes!
- Items being returned or exchanged should be in ‘as new’ condition without stain, damage, odors, or any sign of usage or washing. 
- Items need to be returned in their original packaging. Tags must not be removed or damaged. 


We reserve the right to reject your return/exchange request if it does not adhere to the above.
Item(s) that is purchased at a discounted rate are not refundable in cash.
